I never leave reviews because... well, I typically find customer support to be mediocre or a service won't exceed my expectations– but the customer service with Upsell alone has me writing a review.

Samantha went above and beyond to show me how to fix a newsletter pop-up. I was having issues getting the pop-up to be a certain size. She went in and changed it herself then screen-recorded a video of what she did so I could play around with it myself if I wanted to make future changes.

I added the app to help with my store and the app was easy to use but my store is new and I thought I needed to run a few campaigns all at once the app told me to request a gift to run the other campaign and I got connected to live chat.
