AI: Upsell—Email—SMS Marketing

I was a bit skeptical about this service and did some test broadcasts to small groups with both the Shopify service and ONE. About 70% of those sent via Shopify's service didn't reach their targets whereas most of those sent via ONE did. I also had reason to use ONE's support via chat and they couldn't have been more helpful, polite and patient with me and my stupidity - excellent customer service.

Awesome app. Everything works well and customer service helps if needed. This is very usefull app and easy to use.

20 October 2023: I've just spoken with Rosie one year later from my earlier review and she went above and beyond to help me. Not only that but she is really nice!

Jessica, Trish and Patricia go above and beyond with not only instructions in set-up, but get in there and fix for me within minutes, as well as offer tips. They seem to be available 24/7 regardless of time zone. My website isn't live yet but so far seriously happy with the App. Not only that, it's free! Highly recommend.

This APP is AMAZING, it's free, the support is unbelievably prompt and friendly each agent went beyond the call of duty on everything I needed. I hope my shop can grow to the level where I can start giving them money!

Great app for homepage pop-up and great customer service helped to set up birthday automation emails. Although the app is a little complicated but help service is very prompt helpful and recommended
