Just set up my first Pop Up and its so easy to use, connected my domain so that the emails come from me and Trish from support was awesome, she was so helpful and guided me through the process, she has made setting this up a pleasure and the Pop Up look so professional. I am not good at using email apps. I went on to the chat version of the help on ONE+, and someone answered me immediately. Other apps there is a bit of a wait. I got Sofia on the chat and she couldn't have been more helpful. She was able to have patience with my ineptness, and was able to answer all my questions in a way that I could completely understand. She solved my issues quickly and stayed with me to make sure I was able to see the problem was solved, explained in detail how it was done, and even added a few more features I didn't know I could do. She made it look simple. She was amazing, and made it a education as well as pleasurable experience. I'm happy I chose this app.
