LOU! Helped us for an hour with integrations of a specialty pop up! Super attentive, very easy to follow & had all of my questioned answered. Even though the regular version didn't allow for this pop up straight away Lou went to the trouble of customising & adding code to ensure what we wanted was achieved. Outstanding Service! :)))

I use this app to create pop ups to collect emails and now i am using it to automate emails and SMS, Kate has been really great in supporting me every step of the way! She is very patient and goes the extra mile of also suggesting what works best from user experience point of view, she voluntarily pointed out a few issues with my campaigns and this just shows how thoroughly she looks into my account. The pop-up app works great! Also, we are really fascinating as a team from their customer support. They always answer fast, solve any issue on their own, they don't refer us to blogs or videos to do it by ourselves like others and they customized each service even if they did not have to. We have only the free plan yet.

Amazing, I'm really happy with the app. I found everything I need. Support team is always available and helped me a lot. It have nice templates, unique coupons and everything you need for your marketing campaigns.

The app is great and has loads of features! It's not super user friendly however customer support is AMAZING. They will walk you through the process if you are having difficulty. We have reached out numerous times with questions and support has been super helpful. Honestly there are things I would have missed activating for my customers if support hadn't helped. 5 stars for amazing customer support.

This app has the best support of any app we have used on Shopify. They not only help to fix issues, but they will take the time to help you create custom pop-ups that may require some technical expertise. I highly recommend the One app, and we plan to use their many other features in 2023.
