This is the first review i have ever written in my life. One, particularly MAYA’s customer service, was enough to create this first. ONE has an incredible system. I had spent a month putting together multiple apps on my store, paying multiple not small subscriptions, and ran into the one app while searching to install something else. The whole time i had been searching i was thinking there had to be something that had more of these features in one place, and ONE HAS MOST OF THEM. And it appears they will soon have them all. The app is also very easy to operate. And best of all their CUSTOMER SERVICE. Everyone has been helpful, specifically MAYA. I have been fortunate enough to have her help me on multiple occasions, and she is always rapid with her resolution, and enjoyable to talk to while in the process. I am a long time user of this app and it have been one of the main driving factors for my sites success. I have used every feature available but i have to say the abandon cart , and upsell features are my favourite. They really work and my numbers prove it.

I run my business by myself so it can be overwhelming. you honestly wont find an app with better response times and communication. I literally have the app creatures phone number and we correspond when i need help! don't even think about it for a second. Get this app. You wont regret it and if there is something you dont understand or agree with, they will bend over backwards to help you and make it right. Over the past couple of days I have been thinking on how else can I make my Shopify Store stand out more, so I thought, what if I create a popup that would advertise about something that was totally different than any of the products that I was selling in my store. So I started searching on Shopify for an app that could create popups while the visitor was looking around on my site. I found this app called OneStore. I decided to contact chat support regarding how I could best use the app on my Shopify store and then I was fortunate enough to chat with a tech support person named Rissa. Not only did Rissa assist me with a solution, she actually created a popup that was perfect! I did't expect for her to create the popup but she also sent me a mini-tutorial on how to create a popup for future use. So if anyone needs an app where they can create a popup, OneStore is where they should go. This app also has quite a few additional features that I think you would be very happy with useful. Just a mere hour into using their platform, even my silliest of questions were answered when being helped by a live chat agent named Naomi. Not only is their platform amazingly simple to understand and use but when you confuse yourself like I, Naomi was there each time to quickly answer everything from confirming loading errors are only on my end, to helping me recover customer acquisition campaigns I started. They did not even mind when I reached out where I could find the spin the wheel campaign in my menus only for to write back that it was in the pop up menus. Not to mention upsell generously gives you a toll-free number for SMS marketing that is cost free for us users. There is a good reason why this app is rated 5 stars by almost 2,000 business owners. If you have been stressed, worried, and looking for something to make your website look better before and after the customer leaves. I am just scratching the surface but I just had to get the word out about how great, all in all this app is UI wise and customer service wise thanks to support agents like Naomi. This is the app you need to download.

I just used the app for a few days to experience it and have some reviews about the app. The app is good and has excellent documentation and is extremely user-friendly.
This app carries out what it promises to do. It is simple to understand and simple to utilize. When we first installed it, I had a few questions and there were some issues that were placing text from displaying correctly. I contacted the support team represented by Rosy and then she patiently answered and guided me through the app. She also writes the CSS code for me to customize the wheel title. They were able to remedy the issue quickly and effectively, and they could do it within 24 hours of reporting it.
The app is now running perfectly on our site, and we are very happy with it. We appreciate all their support and would highly recommend the app to anyone looking to display labels and badges on your products.

This app is literally the best app by far!!! Not only does it have email marketing, sms marketing, pop ups, as well as the analytics to see which of these features work best with your target audience but the customer service has exceeded my expectations and more! This was my first time using this company for such features so I was still getting used to how to create my emails but Noelia was such a huge help. If you are contemplating on whether or not to utilize this app for your company just do it, you will not regret it!!

I tried a few different apps in the context of email marketing and popups and to be honest haven't explored yet all the options One offers, but so far I have only praise for them. The app functionalities are what I was looking for and even though initially the in-app management can be a little daunting and complex so you don't find everything immediatly, their help team was always there to help with both words, images showing me were is what and videos of where you have to go, what you need to do to solve your problem.

By Far one of the best apps available. Have been using this for some time now and am always discovering new ways to increase business. This is pretty much an all inone for e commerce. Highly reccomend this app. Maya has also been very helpful in helping find more ways to increase my business and utilize one' spaltform to full potential. Download now, u wont regret it

So far this app has been good for me. Customer support is very important to me because I am not very technical so I rely on this support to keep my business running. I have had a couple calls with customer support and they are very responsive with text, but video/screen share support you have to schedule for the next day usually. My most recent video support call was with Rosy Roberts today and it was extremely helpful. She helped me resolve my main issue and made sure she answered any other questions I had about their service and addressed those as well on the same call.
