I downloaded this app and was instantly happy with it! I was able to delete two other apps to replace it with just this one. It has so many options. I had a question about SMS texting and Samantha from support was very helpful. Love it!!

When I met a problem in editing, they quickly solved it for me. It is really good. The main reason is that the customer service reply is very timely and the operation is also relatively simple, but there are some places where the template could be more rich and perfect.

The BEST customer service + app very easy to use. One thing I am sure many shopify users can agree on is wanting responsive customer service + ease of use. Every interaction I have had with anyone from the company has been great. They will talk to you on the phone (can you believe its not just email or chat box) and walk you through step by step. I use them for collecting emails via pop up, cart upsells, SMS marketing etc, They are great. This app has helped my conversions and increased avg cart order also!

For now I can't say anything wrong word about this app - is has all features that you might need about upsell, discount codes etc., and what is really important - support team is amazing. I was able to easily connect to chat in couple minutes, and get all needed help (for example change of triggers size for desktop/mobile version, which requires code change). Highly recommended.

I have to say, I'm not the best with figuring things out and making them work for my business. But, the support team here is amazing, very patient, and available almost immediately when I need something. I love the interactive campaigns, SMS feature and the ease of setting up automatic emails to my subscribers. Great app all around and great support team. Would absolutely recommend to others.

I cannot recommend this app more. The customer service from this team is amazing and they go above and beyond to help. The app itself is really good. Comprehensive and very customisable. Exactly what we needed for a pop up subscription and promo capture.
