This is a wonderful app with tons of great features for free! The customer service is outstanding and whenever I've had an issue or question, they are very prompt to reply and very friendly and helpful!

The app is pretty cool. It's easy to navigate once you get the hang of it. I had a slight issue (a misunderstanding on my part) and through the chat I quickly got it fixed. Rissa was super helpful and very patient. Her attitude was pleasant, and she is very knowledgeable on the topics in which I needed help. She even went the extra mile to give me some pointers for my site. Her feedback is A1! I highly recommend using this app.

ONE app is awesome! There is a free plan available which makes it perfect for small business to add a pop up to their store. The best thing about ONE is their customer service, I was having technical issues with my pop up and late at night Sydney time I was able to have a live chat with no wait times. The customer service is very prompt and friendly. They went out of their way to get the engineering team to work out what the issue was and they found an issue on my website causing the glitch.

Naomi was extremely helpful and very quick with assessing my issue and fixing it with minutes. Great customer service, and I switched from another app to this one and it works so much better as well.
