One is ONE to stay! I've tried many e-mail apps and ended up deleting them all, ONE on the other hand is not only consisting of extremely helpful people on their team that are at your call any moment - the functionalities of the app are also beyond anything else out there.

I just downloaded it and love the easiness of using it. Great customer service so far. I will come back later to update this review after it has been in use for a while.

Using the app and loving it so far! Customer service quick to help and really friendly, had a problem regarding the subscribers limit and that got sorted quickly.

The customer support for this app is above any other I have experienced. Not only do they help you in real-time and no KB articles just copy/pasted in chat, but they actually care about your site. When I wanted to do something outside the norm, support made sure I understand why it is not a typical practice. I would recommend this app to anyone! Best experience I have had in adding a Shopify App.
