Great app, but even better Customer Support
The app itself is a great app. It's packed with countless features for even the free plan, but the most attractive part about the product wasn't the app but the stellar customer service blew me away. On just a free plan, the customer service I was given was amazing. Jessica was incredibly kind, responsive and helpful, fixing my issues quickly and even providing me with helpful advice that I didn't ask for. Usually, I don't leave reviews but the customer service alone made me write a review.

I love this app and how it integrates with Shopify email. It makes it easy to work between both platforms and less need for other apps. Easy to set up, and the support team is very helpful.

I am thrilled with this app and the support from Maya. I tried a lot of different pop-up apps and this is the only one that had all the features I was looking for - namely, integration with shopify inbox. I was able to easily create a beautiful email sign-up form and a follow-up email to send to the new subscribers. I had a question and Maya helped me right away, then she offered to review my pop-ups and gave me some incredible feedback. Her professional feedback really improved the overall user experience (and I'm not a beginner at this stuff). I'm excited to tour the rest of the features and feel confident that I will receive excellent service whenever I need it. Highly recommend and big thanks to Maya for her support!
