I never really write reviews but the customer support team has given me so much value that I can't help myself.

The social proof notifications and the email popups they have look clean and professional unlike some of the other apps I've seen. I only use the exit intent spin wheel thingy to collect emails and it works well. It's customizable and automatically adds the coupon code for the customer before they checkout.

But above all, their customer support is off the charts. Super fast reply times and are online all the time. Plus, they're updating the app with new features and asking for my opinion on how to improve it. That's the secret formula on how to turn me into a lifetime customer and they did it.

I love this app! It's user friendly and simple to use. As someone who gets overwhelmed with new things I could say this app didn't overwhelm me one bit. It's straight to the point and that's what I love.

All I can say is WOW! This app is superb! Has everything you need to capture emails, sms etc. Honestly I haven't even looked at all of the features (because there so many) but so far its amazing and more than I could ask for. Not useful for an Ecommerce business that needs data analytics from the email campaigns. The program only issues a total sum of money earned from the program IF you have a coupon attached and the coupon is used. Also no integration in seeing link clicks or what products were of interest in the email. I found the customer service to continue to provide the same answers over and over with the promise that they would integrate more analytical click data but the day never came where they made this advancement. Sure the process of setting the creative is easy but that's the best it offers. great for beginners i guess...

This app does everything I want and it is super easy to use. Also, their support team has been excellent. Their support team has has been super helpful with the questions and requests I've asked. You can completely customize your pop up and what features you want out of all of them. 100% customizable. Highly recommend!
