I asked for assistance because I had to update the system by which emails were sent to new customers who signed up for the newsletter through the application's pop-up. Prateek helped me solve the problem. Very professional and competent. I recommend customer support because it works very well.

So far so good, I only use the new coupon box added with no branding, without a fee, would recommend this app, also it does have an accurate sales pop up for whoever's interested in that

The customer service at One is incredible! They go above and beyond to help customize pop ups. I needed a pop up that drove users outside the US to my etsy shop and they made it happen. Thanks, One!

I just started using this app today. The instructions were pretty straight forward, as I finished adding the popup, a customer service rep came online and reviewed what I had done. She offered valuable advice so I could utilize best practices. I really appreciate having a second set of eyes to make sure I had crossed all the t's and dotted all the i's.
