Post-purchase upsell doesn't show if you're paying with apple pay or such. This is not highlighted in their main text.
Who knows how many hidden "gems" are in this app. I'm surprised to see so many good reviews, though.

It seems there's been a misunderstanding regarding the functionality of our post-purchase app within the Shopify framework. The challenge with post-purchase offers not being visible upon checkout when using certain payment methods like Apple Pay is, in fact, a known limitation imposed by Shopify. Therefore, no app on the Shopify platform including ours can offer a work around for Apple Pay and such.

I used this app for both social proof and to have a exit intent pop up. Social proof online is key I think - being a store and having to compete against a lot of other ppl out there, it's important that customers know your product is good. But the wheel also helps me increase sales and it looks great. I'm overall really happy!

I was pleasantly surprised to find that this app was very easy to use and customize, I had a small issue coming from my lack of understanding and the team managed to resolve it very quickly for me. onward and upward!

We knew from very early on that we needed to have social proof on our site and tested out a few apps. We like Proof Factor the most - the social proof plugin makes sense, it's not obtrusive, highly customizable and looks good. Can't ask for too much more.

I sell coffee and coffee products - it's what I do. I've been doing it for years. I just started selling online and I was surprised at how hard it was. But I'm getting my feet under me. Using an app to increase Social Proof this has been good - it allows me to show new customers that others have already purchased, I can increase my conversions and get more sales. Having proof on the site is a no brainer - it looks good and just works. I'd recommend.

I used the app to introduce a subscription with reward campaign. The result was amazing, especially in the first 2-3 days. Somehow, the conversion slowed down after day 3. I reached out to their online support and got immediate feedback and suggestions. I will keep monitor the results. So far, I had great experience with this app and their support!

I use this app for my website and I had the hardest time trying to figure it out but Ann from their customer service team did such an amazing job by helping me step by step getting it up and running.

The most important point for me would be prompt live customer service. As a new business owner I don't have time to spend hours figuring out or wait for the e mail reply. So far loving it!

Added this to get a coupon pop up i like how the i get the email with the pop up and show sales to get social proof. good app would recommend.
