This app is pretty easy to set up and VERY customisable. And, if you do get stuck, the support is absolutely superb and really quick. After only a couple of weeks, I have already seen a rapid rise in subscribers

I love all of the customization options. Creating pop-ups is a little trickier for us as they have to be in two languages. The support team has been kind enough to tweek certain templates to accommodate us. Thank you for the great support!

What I am going to specifically talk about here is the 'odd' hours customer service. I was needing help with adding coupons to the email, and I messaged the support at a somewhat strange hour, which I expected the response to be WAY longer, but support was very responsible despite the somewhat later time, and Enea was very supportive and was there with me every step to make sure I understood everything. I had very simple questions, but the fact that they were still able to help me very quickly so I am not waiting for help.

Man Shopify put me on to this App called ONE that uses up sell 'email pop up' sms and many more tools in one '' IT IS AMAZING !! im telling you ' you have to try this App ' its compact but has a lot of features ' very very powerful app to grow your business ' and the customer support is great '' Abby ' is amazing at walking you though the app ' almost like you do nothing ' they handle things the way it should be handled '' i love this app ' Thanks ONE 'you are Number ONE!!!
