I only started using this app recently, so I haven’t seen the long term benefits from it yet, but the support team is phenomenal. Pauline stayed 2 hours walking me through every step and process to maximize my usage for this app. I am looking forward to keep using it and to see my sales grow.
I'm a small business owner and new to the game when it comes to email campaigns and I must say this app is 10/10! Beginner friendly but also has enough features that will allow you to grow with the app ! Last but not least customer service is truly amazing!! Everyone I have talked to thus far are super helpful , sweet , and personable , I don't feel like Im talking to a robot like some customer chats but an actual person that cares! This app is definitely a hidden gem!

I really like the customer service of this app. Trish helped me a lot, especially with the options I wasn't sure what to do, she got back to me very quickly. Very user-friendly and convenient.
I really like this app. The customer support respond is quick even if you are in a free plan. Definitely worth the price!
