Customer service is really great! they guided me step by step on setting up an option for my store, they were really kind and have provided help throughout the whole process! the app itself is really great as well! lots of options to use and to explore as well! definitely recommend it for anyone!

So far the customer service has been fantastic. They even checked in on my work setting up the prize wheel and made suggestions as to how could improve it. They were very helpful and sweet.

If you're a small business on a budget even the basic free version has more features and functions than many other apps that you have to pay for. I had a problem with not knowing how to delete something and the lovely Rosy helped me a lot and was very friendly.
