August 2022: I had this app 2 years ago and can't exactly remember why I deleted it (so many apps, so little time ) but I am SO glad I reinstalled it. Everything about it is different and it is fabulous! I ran into a small situation I couldn't figure out for the life of me (ALL my doing) and I reached out to support. Within seconds, MAYA - sweet, patient, kind, smart, and lovely Maya came to my aid and helped me tremendously! She is a total asset to their support team, and I truly wish more developers had people representing them the way she does! I was up and running in a few short minutes - which actually extended past her shift! She literally stayed on with me ensuring I was totally set-up and ready to launch my campaigns. I've got a little PTSD when it comes to reaching out to support because some aren't as well versed as they should be, but Maya made this such a wonderful experience for me. I'm a bit mad at myself for leaving them for 2 years, but SO glad I'm back - in VERY capable hands. Maya - YOU ROCK!!! ❤️❤️ Thank you!! July 2020: Just started using this app and within 5 minutes, i had my first marketing program up & running. I am NOT well versed in code, etc. and this app made everything extremely easy. I customized my event, & ran into one tiny situation I needed help with. I started a chat with CS, & Ann answered me immediately providing me with the solution. GET THIS APP! It's spectacular! UPDATE: Ran into a little glitch (thru fault of my own), and once again - Ann & the team pulled thru with FLYING colors! My problem was resolved so fast that I didn't even have time to stress out over it! 5 STAR App! 5 STAR Service!

Terrible app, absolutely useless. Their e-mail hosting provider is not working and support is speaking with you as if it's your fault. Use other e-mail newsletter providers, this is an absolute waste of time and support is clueless.

Very customizable and works just like you would want. Used it for newsletter popups and you can change it however you want to suit your needs. Great support too 10/10

I just want to give a special shout-out to Enea from Sales Pop Up.
I notice on my site that I was getting unusual Abandoned checkouts, I reach out to support and Enea noticed I had a minimum cart value on the coupon, she assisted me step-by-step to very quickly remove and replace the coupon and also advised me on another issue I made with social proof setup, that can create conflict on my site
I highly recommend this App plus SUPER support to everyone
