I just installed this app in my store and I had a few issues regarding configuration and Abby was absolutely amazing in helping me solve these issues. Write for free, install the app and then find out that there are all paid plans.
Write them already in the shopify tab.

Le service en chat et les conseils de ONE sont excellents ! J'ai eu besoin d'aide afin de redimensionner la pop up que j'avais choisie. Fola et son équipe ont fait le travail pour moi. Ils m'ont donné entière satisfaction. Ils répondent rapidement, ils illustrent avec des copies d'écran leurs réponses pour une meilleure compréhension. En plus, ils m'ont donné des conseils afin de mieux gérer le confort d'utilisation de l'appli pour les internautes. Ils vous suivent jusqu'a bout de vos demandes Je recommande fortement cette application !!

This is going to be the app that revolutionizes the e-commerce platform as we know it!!! Before this app, I was trying to buy into multitude of apps and getting nothing concrete for my business, but now I'm building customer trust alongside email capturing which makes sales and AOV double, if not triple. Early on, I was helped by Natalie (who's a ROCKSTAR, by the way) and she helped me combine a campaign that was to my delight. Great app with a great team! Keep doing what you're doing over at ONE!

Great app and best customer service to customize it to your liking! Made a big difference to my subscriber rate. Some of the reminders were too distracting on mobile but the chat support function helped me rmove this.
