I was having a lot of issues trying to set everything the best way and the guys were beside me ALL THE TIME! I met the cofounder by a phone call I arranged -they give you this option in case you’re having some issues as I did- and they helped me with excellence. They have ambitions and it seems they’re trying their best to give customers a great experience edit: these guys are damn fast to answer a question it's quite unbelievable

This app is pretty easy to use, and has a lot of flexibility. What really differentiates it from a lot of other Shopify apps is the service level is fantastic. It's not just the quick response, but the quality of the service people is terrific. They really know what they're doing. Sofia helped me, and got right to what i was looking for, sent me a picture of how to do it, and stayed with me to make sure i got it right! She was awesome, really exceptional.

I definitely recommend this app! Best service I have received from any help desk. Even at 1 in the morning, I received help to increase conversions on my store. If you're looking for something to really make your store pop out ONE Upsell is the way to go!

Just started using the app for shopify, its pretty easy to use, had a few difficulties but kate the pop up assistant was brilliant helped me a lot. makes everything a lot less stressful when you have some help by your side!
