I needed help setting up my domain connection and their support team guided me through it for over an hour. Great app and great people!
I used this app to help me with SMS and email marketing. The app works really well and the customer service they provide is immaculate.

J'ai utilisé cette application pour créer un courriel d'automatisation suite à l'abonnement à une infolettre, j'ai pu la personnalisé je suis très contente, on peut faire tellement de choses et surtout de pouvoir les personnaliser, c'est super. Et surtout merci pour votre support rapide, je suis très satisfaite des résultats.

For the time being my experience has been amazing. I'm new in e-commerce and had installed a bunch of APPs for e-mail marketing and increase conversion. With ONE app I can do everything I need in a easy way.
I've had the need to contact the live chat 2 times to help me solve 2 small dificulties and the response was fast and clear.
What amazes me even more is the fact that with such app and such support the app has a pretty damn good free plan. with everything I need to start my store. Amazing
Originally I did have a problem with the configuration with MailChimp. But Ann from support was able to fix the problem right away. Now our business can automate the email marketing process, thanks to Ann.
The free plan is applicable if you have less than 1000 unique monthly visitors. So if you're just starting out, experiment with this app.
Really good support and fast service, really great communication and great app overall. you should get this one and stop looking for another!!
