AI: Upsell—Email—SMS Marketing

I use this app for coupon pop ups and other things for my Shopify website. I am NOT a web designer and I had absolutely no experience with this type of stuff prior to now, so I was feeling resolved to accept having just a basic DIY looking website for my business. I happened to reach out to Proof Factor support using their chat icon and the techs there made it so easy for me to fix things on my site that I just thought I'd never be able to get fixed. They were so helpful, sent the files I needed right through the chat, and stayed with me to the end to make sure it all worked out OK. 100% worth it just for their level of customer support.

I literally just downloaded this and had the best service and run through with Victoria and Sofia. They were both super patient and informative it made my experience such a breeze and i'm so excited to get started with this!

This worked tremendously for us - I'd highly recommend this to anyone starting out looking for a do-it-all app. There are also so many payment tiers, so there's really a place for everyone. Customer service is incredible.

So far so good! Customer service has been helpful through the setup. I am very happy with the ability to really customize the follow up email as well. Very excited to see how having these features will continue to grow my email subs list.
