Very simple to use, and very effective functions! and if you have any trouble to set it, they have a support with rare and helpful skill set, they helped me quickly and very kindly, 100% suggested to new user

Naomi was a great help, very friendly, encouraging, not pushy, but polite and knowledgeable! Helped me as I needed and did not rush me at all. Easy setup so far, but if you need help they are right there to assist! I only started with basic welcome email pop up and cart abandonment email.

ONE's customer service was really amazing. Rissa helped me create a pop which did not even exist in their templates by doing some coding for me. She even provided me with a screen record so that I could carry on from there. Would definitely recommend.

I've used this app for 6+ months and recently added it to a 2nd store. I had a question about having two accounts and Maya, the representative, answered my questions, channeled my suggestion to the right place, and then followed up with other suggestions to help what I was trying to accomplish. Officially my favorite business app. I made a Memorial Day pop up for my boutique and it was clearly my first time. Fola helped with the chat support and seriously, I have NEVER had better customer service in my life!! Fola gave me pointers every step of the way, and when I couldn't figure something out, she was digging deep to find my problem with me. Everything looks perfect now, and I am super happy. 100 out of ten stars.
