Amazing app! Has everything i need all in one... i really couldnt ask for more! will be signing up to the paid one for sure as my business grows. thank you guys for having a heart and giving us these features even on the free version to help with our growth. also alice on the help chatline was an absolute sweetheart- very helpful!
Great customer service, immediate respons! Been using One for a couple of months now, and it is super user friendly
After trying numerous apps that simply did not even connect, I decided to use ONE. Not only is it super easy to use and anyone can get it up and running with a custom pop-up in a few shorts minutes, the customer support literally takes your hand and goes over the pop-up with you to make sure you did it right. Also, they give you pointers on how to improve/get more sales. I don't usually write reviews, but this app is perfect!

I used this app to add an email pop-up to my store. I had a customer support specialist, Samantha, who was INCREDIBLE. She reached out to me as I was building my page and walked me through things step-by-step. I have never felt so supported by customer service, ever. Incredible! Definitely recommend.
