I installed this app to help me set a popup menu on my store in Japan. It`s a very nice system that is very easy to use and gives the user a lot of customization control for the look and feel of the popups. It also integrates easily with MailChimp and other platforms. The customer support is instantaneous and spot on with 24/7 support ( I installed this on New Year`s Eve and they were still very quick to reply ). I`d highly recommend this plugin. I`ll probably upgrade to the pro version after a month of testing or so because the prices also seem reasonable for small businesses.
I need the abandone cart email function. This is a very helpful application for me. There are many beautiful templates in it, and the language can also be edited by myself. The customer service Rosy is very helpful to me and guides me carefully. Help with the test, everything is perfect, thanks a lot
Unfreindly interface. Once intalled all you get is an intrusive webpage that keeps pushing you to subscribe to a paid subscription. Feels like a scam.

The Shopify App listing does mention that our free plan is only available for partner stores and developer stores, hence, your store type is ineligible for free plan. However, we do offer a 10 days free trial and if you cancel the subscription before the trial ends, you won’t get charged.
It seems we may have missed the opportunity to assist you, as we didn’t see any record of you reaching out for support. We’re confident we could have addressed your concerns and guided you through the platform as we understand it might be overwhelming getting used to a new software.

I just downloaded this app to add a pop up to my site and was a bit overwhelmed with all the options as there are so many! However Samantha on the live chat customer service was so helpful and talked me through everything and even checked it over for me before I made it live on the site to make sure everything was all good. Best customer service I've ever received for an app! I will definitely be using this app a lot and I can 100% recommend! Thank you!
