A really good app I highly recommend, the customer support is on point and extremely helpful which is great when your not sure what your doing. Pauline and Kate have been a great help sending screen videos and helping in anyway they can. :)

So far this app has been good for me. Customer support is very important to me because I am not very technical so I rely on this support to keep my business running. I have had a couple calls with customer support and they are very responsive with text, but video/screen share support you have to schedule for the next day usually. My most recent video support call was with Rosy Roberts today and it was extremely helpful. She helped me resolve my main issue and made sure she answered any other questions I had about their service and addressed those as well on the same call.

Die App ist super leicht zu bedienen und der Support ist top! Sie antworten sehr schnell und jedes Problem konnte bis jetzt in kürzester Zeit gelöst werden. Es gibt sogar einen kostenlosen Onboarding Call, in dem die Funktionen erklärt werden. Auch bei der Einrichtung und Auswertung der Kampagnen erhält man Hilfe. Ich bin wirklich sehr zufrieden! :-)

Customer Support is GREAT. I was worked with Rosy. She was so helpful and very knowledgeable about the different products. She helped me set up the SMS product. I would highly recommend this app for your Shopify store!

I use it to increase my sales by a thousand dollars per month. This is not a lot, but there is a noticeable increase. Their customer service team is always very fast in responding to my requests, I am very satisfied and highly recommend you to use this feature.
