The app is amazing, so many features in just one app and for FREE! Also their customer service are the best, they went beyond greatness. I wish them all the best they totally deserve it!
I used ONE to create a pop up email capture for my online Shopify store. The app is pretty easy to use considering I'm not very technologically savvy. I had one issue so I asked for help and they were so responsive! They were able to make the changes so quickly and with such a pleasant attitude. It was so refreshing!! Assuming you get a human, most technical support folks I've dealt with don't take the initiative and follow through until the issue is resolved. ONE was the exact opposite! Extremely helpful and responsive. Rosy and Steph were great. I highly recommend!
I had a few issues with the pop up and the Very Helpful customer support got things cleared up for me in no time!

This is an amazing app but its stand out feature was its service - Jessica took us step by step through the process and made it super easy to understand with help and screenshots.

Love the customer service! I had a question and the team was able to answer my question and was even able to finish installing items for me!! Hopefully I can gain more subscribers with the pop up !
I was having problems with plug ins on my site and they were there to help and responded in less than 5 minutes. The problem ended up being from another app but they were very helpful and efficient. They also helped me notice that I had put the trigger button over my "contact us" button, which was nice of them.
