AI: Upsell—Email—SMS Marketing

I use this app for coupon pop ups and other things for my Shopify website. I am NOT a web designer and I had absolutely no experience with this type of stuff prior to now, so I was feeling resolved to accept having just a basic DIY looking website for my business. I happened to reach out to Proof Factor support using their chat icon and the techs there made it so easy for me to fix things on my site that I just thought I'd never be able to get fixed. They were so helpful, sent the files I needed right through the chat, and stayed with me to the end to make sure it all worked out OK. 100% worth it just for their level of customer support.

Excellent customer service, Rosy is very nice, I really enjoy using this app, if you have hesitation opening online store, I highly recommend Shopify.

An excellent app so far. Fast response, is very helpful and easy to use. I would not change it for anything. Everything is working properly. Emails are going out as scheduled and I'm able to keep track of who reading their emails

Excellent customer service, very efficient and easy to deal. Would recommend. They kindly made a coding change for me and had it sorted out within 10 min.
