I just started using this app to collect emails and phone numbers. Trish was very helpful with assisting me with setting up my pop up. She was very patient and tech savvy with getting me the best performance I can get. Usually the staff for this app is very friendly and patient. I recommend using them as they have good customer service.

This app is great! Very easy to use. Currently on the free version as my store isn't getting that many traffic yet. Had an issue where i wasn't able to access the admin so i contacted support. The social proof notifications and the email popups they have look clean and professional unlike some of the other apps I've seen. I only use the exit intent spin wheel thingy to collect emails and it works well. It's customizable and automatically adds the coupon code for the customer before they checkout.

But above all, their customer support is off the charts. Super fast reply times and are online all the time. Plus, they're updating the app with new features and asking for my opinion on how to improve it. That's the secret formula on how to turn me into a lifetime customer and they did it.

Great app, easy to set up. Natalie popped up in the message box which was great to check over everything. She was able to take note of the colours and themes of my website and suggested things such as how to change colours of the pop-ups to match my website theme, how to set up the emails. Very friendly, super fast and very informative and helpful. Very pleased with it.
