I saw the reviews at first, then I tried the app because of it. When I started using the app, I was amazed, the app is friendly-use. There are so many features from email marketing, sales popup, coupons, SMS marketing, and many more. Actually, all you need is available here. Besides 101% features, the customer service is really amazing!!!!! When I got confused about something I working on, the customer service team and especially Steph are on call! They will not let you feel the frustration that you don't deserve. They are all professional but in some way they are also very friendly. I love the kindness they've shown to me and I appreaciated that so much since I am just started my business. ONE - Your the best!!!

I left another APP because their prices weren't reasonable and their customer service was lacking. After reading several reviews I chose to try One+. The app is relatively easy to use. The plans are very reasonable for new e-commerce stores and the customer service is AMAZING! Very helpful and very patient. I look forward to working with them.

The app is great. Templates are eye-catching. It's a one stop shop app that does everything. Support was awesome, I wasn't sure on using it, and was getting frustrated. But Samantha helped me through it step by step. She was very patient and helpful.

I was new this as of today and started to set up the app, then got side tracked. later but not long after i was checking my emails and got a very cardias message asking if there was a problem setting it up. I had forgot and was thrilled when i asked miss Sofia if she could please stay connected in case i had no luck. She was true to her word and very professional, she took me step by step without missing any detail and enlightened me to pursue forward. next time I wouldn't wait for a email and give up, I will get it done best i can knowing that a company that would higher miss Sofia clearly knows what there doing operating genuine customer service, well done across the board to all of you! if i were there drinks would be on me. and the lovely woman on the other line has a bright future there. corporate material. i would take her out to a fine dinner to show my appreciation. best regards, keep it up!!

I have just installed this app to capture email addresses with pop ups and it was really easy. I also found features I didn't know I needed. Chat support was amazing and help with the set up.
