This is the best e-mail marketing platform on the entire web, Common who gives 25k Free emails every month, even shopify gives only 2.5k email a month. They have the best service of all. Their support team goes extra miles to get your query resolved. I Recommend this App to everyone, 10 out of 10
Excellent support and upgrades!
Our Store has been using this app since October last year! Everything works as expected and support (Ann) is very responsive. When I don't know how to set up something, she will give clear instructions and even help me set it up. They replied to every suggestion I gave and follow up in a reasonable time period. In a few months, they've added at least 3 new useful features that I know of. Most importantly, this app is good for conversion. It has generated thousands of orders for my store already. I highly recommend this app.

So far, so good! Great 24/7 chat support to walk you through whatever you need! OBSESSED with their pop-up option which was a dealbreaker for my previous provider. Easily trackable data completes the package for me!

I love this app! I think it's very user-friendly. I was using the free option for about 6 months and just recently switched over to the paid version and love all the new features I can explore. The customer service is also incredible. I had an issue with the sales pop feature and contacted support through live chat and Angelina solved my issue right away! Thank you so much :D
