I added the app to help with my store and the app was easy to use but my store is new and I thought I needed to run a few campaigns all at once the app told me to request a gift to run the other campaign and I got connected to live chat. That is when I was saved by Rosy a live agent at 11pm at night not only did she give me great advice fixed my errors and explained what and why she did it and ,I never had live help with an app like this so this app is very affordable and 24/7 help im excited to grow with the team .Great app for newbies and oldies

Free application that suddenly became paid with little notice for no reason at all. I do not recommend using it as there are better applications than this.

We have been trying to get a pop-up for our website and tried at least 5 different apps each with no success due to their limited free option choices, complicated integration method and they just didn't seem to merge well with our website LylakWonders. But this is an amazing app! We love it so much, the customization is great considering the fact that it is completely free and run by a small group, integration is super simple and you can view how the pop-up looks on your website whenever you want! It gives you automatic unique coupon codes and the customer service couldn't be better, they reply within minutes which is mind-blowing. We really love this app, 100% would recommend it. Also our customer service helper, Alice was amazing. She helped us solve our problems within minutes and gave us some great suggestions!

I love this app! I just got help through the live chat and Trish was so very patient with me. She set up my popup coupon and email & SMS automation. I had both ONE and Omnisend and was deciding on which to keep and which to delete and ONE wins hands down! I've been struggling with Omnisend for weeks and because they don't have a live chat option, I have had a hard time and worried about getting my store launched in time but thanks to Trish, my page will now look professional and ready to maximize profits.
