Really amazing app with even MORE amazing customer service! I was having some serious issues with my mobile layout and I talked to Pauline who was with me every step of the way, and even went in and edited everything without me having to edit anything! Even more impressive is the Spin-A-Wheel feature AND the purchase proof pop ups I can enable. Really awesome app with great customer service, I definitely recommend. This app saves so much time and hassle compared to others.

Because when customers who are unwilling to receive more of the marketing emails can't unsubscribe easily by clicking on the link, they are very likely to report the email as spam, which will make your email account locked and unable to send out more marketing emails.
Categorizing email also helps to avoid being reported then sent directly to the trashcan. Please let me know if there's still anything unclear. PS. Your shop looks so elegant, and the accessories are on fire. Love it Cheers!

Love this app! I did a lot of research prior to picking which app to choose for social proof and narrowed it down to Proof Factor, and a couple of others. One of the other ones was too expensive per month, so I decided to go with this one. It's great! It was super easy to install and when I had questions, I reached out on their chat feature. Pauline helped me and she was SO nice!! She responded super quickly, was knowledgable, helpful, friendly, and she even followed up with me to congratulate the launch of my store! Their social proof is great and their customer service is top-notch. Their website also shows a lot of analytics which is great on top of using other analytics tools. One of the Great Free App for the Marketing Purpose. Very easy to use and they got lot of themes to customize from. They do offer Email, SMS and more for your store. Customer Service is the best compared to many other Apps. So, I Highly recommend them.
