Needed some help with email subscription pop ups. I wanted some specific customisations and Patricia was so helpful, sorting custom fixes for me so quickly! Very impressed with the service, very refreshing! Really happy to have added this app to my Shopify store :)
Great service and product. Quick chat service. I'd recommend them to anyone who needs to set up SMS or email automation.
Really Helped me with setting up a pop-up window for my shop, found it relatively simple to setup and when I had some problems with customizing the design to fit my shop, Kate from the ONE team was super nice, responsive and helpful.
I am currently only using the reward-popup feature but will definitely explore the other (many) options in the app.
After about two weeks of use - highly recommended :)

Wow! After struggling with a lot of apps I finally found The One App. Every App needs some time to use it but this went really smooth with the One App. And what's really great is the support team which seems only 10 seconds aways to help you and assist you (Natelie thanks for the quick responses and the tips and tricks).
