So far this app is marvelous! It's been easy to send email blasts to my customers and track analytics of them opening them. And there is a free edition which has been more than efficient for my start up company. I haven't tried the SMS feature yet, but it seems fairly straight forward. Oh and wonderful tech support which is needed for the non tech folk like me. Highly recommend!

Punto di forza l'assistenza: mi hanno contattato loro per sapere se avessi bisogno di qualcosa, mi serviva qualche chiarimento su alcuni particolari tecnici e sono stati super disponibili, veloci e precisi nel dirmi come procedere (con tanto di video ad hoc per ogni passaggio).
Ovviamente l'assistenza è in Inglese, ma la chat ha anche la funzione di traduzione automatica quindi per chi non mastica la lingua è comunque facile capirsi. Strong point is the assistance: they contacted me asking if I need some kind of help to start, I needed technical assistance for some minor issues and the where super helpful, fast and precise (with also ad hoc video instructions).
