I've had this app for about a month now. It has been user friendly, I did need to make a few adjustments on sending our subscriber emails. Once I contacted support the response was very efficient, I didn't have to wait long hours, or days for a response. I worked with Patricia and Rosy and both went above and beyond to resolve my issue, as well as offered suggestions that were beneficial to my store. I will definitely continue to use this service.

I switched to this app from 2 different ones, seeing as this one does exactly what I needed. After installing and setting up my first campaign, Trish from ONE was right there in the corner to help. She checked out my pop up and made sure I had all necessary boxes checked. I highly recommend this for all your email/sms marketing needs.
