The best pop-up application I have never used! highly recommended for sure.
The support team are amazing! really professional with quick response for any issue. I really enjoyed working alongside them.
I love the is app, you can create a lot of customized pop-ups for your campaigns. Rosy from the support team is really helpful and understands what users want very well. I highly recommend ONE to anyone who is looking for a pop-up app!
The app itself has a lot of free features which integrate nicely and without major problems on the page. What you get on a free plan is more than other apps offer you on a paid plan. This is the first app I came across which does not count pageviews but the number of unique visitors and the first 2500 visitors are completely for free. No other app is so generous!I am so happy that I stumbled upon this app. But what stands out the most is their customer support. This is by far the most awesome customer experience I have ever had with any app developer. Their reaction speed and service is out of this world. And they even keep some smalltalk with you to make you feel welcome, and I am not even on a paid plan yet!
You guys deserve all these 5 start ratings. You deserve the number one spot on shopify and a lot of success!Keep rocking.
The assistants are very helpful and warm-hearted. Actually, I am not familiar with this app so she helped me to edit it.
Mostly user friendly, however, once you start linking other apps & Shopify, editing email and text responses can get a little tricky. Customer service is amazing though! 24/7 chat with a real person, even on the free plan. Rosy set up a new campaign for me and answered all of my questions quickly and easily, at 9 pm on Sunday at that! Highly recommend just for the customer service.
This App has really helped push up my conversion and is easy to use. The customer Service is the best I've ever had on a shopify app. thanks again! x

Amazing customer service through the chat, very quick and helpful. I wanted to have a reward box removed from the pop up without having to change the theme and it was resolved within a few minutes.
