I just modified and added another pop up on my website with a a/b segment after being on Shopify for almost two years. I am not that tech savvy but this app is very easy to use. Whenever I had an issue I had the help of Noelia who was absolutely AMAZING! I read reviews from others and it seemed too good to be true. Like the reviews has to be fake, but I'm speaking from experience. I was able to setup my email popup and follow up emails to retain my future customers. Noelia was so helpful setting up mu abandon cart emails. The best part is customer service is there 24/7 to help you with ANY and ALL questions. I even missed a step in the design process and Noelia caught it for me and updated it so I wouldn't have to go backwards in the step by step process. Having scoured the many pop up apps this is by far the best. Super professional pop ups that also work brilliantly in mobile. As a very small business I don't get enough viewers to pay for a pop up app yet, the free features on this are brilliant though and will look forward to getting the paid features when I have more viewers for my website. In addition the help team are super friendly and were able to easily help me customize my pop ups.

I love this support team! They go above and beyond and are patient with me. I only wish the app would offer more elements such as a landing page. It would make things easier to have one app to go through instead of multiple. Overall, the interactions have been helpful though.
