The tech support is super great, they went through all the steps with me, Pauline helped a lot, 10000% recommend, and im at the free plan, so to be this helpful with a free plan i think it is top notch service.

100% recommendation for this app. I needed a pop-up system for catching e-mail subscribers but got so much more. And the help I needed was responded instantly.

I used this app to generate and implement a pop-up for an email list. What an amazing experience working with Maya from support! Maya was extremely patient & courteous: so much that she stayed way past her shift to help me and make sure I had everything I needed, complete. What an amazing experience! Maya is dedicated, patient, professional, funny, helpful & knowledgeable: in two words—simply amazing! Thank you Maya for such amazing customer service! Everything works lovely!

App wouldnt install on my store for some isolated reason but the customer support was fast and personalized (real people). They want to help you. I found alternatives for what I needed so this review is strictly for the customer support

Hi Tim!

Thanks for raising the issue! Seems like an isolated problem to a few merchants we can't pinpoint the root cause so we need to escalate. Our lead engineer is on the East Coast and off for the day, but we are having him look into the problem after dinner (a few hours from now).

We will keep you posted. My team member left you a voicemail to get a little more info about the bug.

Please bare with us, I know this is super frustrating. Sometimes with software exchanging data between platforms (ie ONE <> Shopify) there can be edge cases that breakdown.

Regardless, we will have this fixed ASAP (ideally tonight).

I was so impressed by this company. The customer service is beyond. Rosy went out of her way to help me with all my concerns she was amazing!!! If you're considering the One app do it I highly recommend!!

I used this app to help me create a pop-up reward with an automated email, it was so easy! This app is extremely user-friendly and has so many options for businesses to use to help increase their sales! Also, their customer service is AMAZING! Highly recommend adding this app to your shopify site!
