We've been using this app for just over a year and we couldn't be any happier. They have very helpful and friendly customer service. Any time I've ever needed help, no matter if it was 1am or 9am in the morning, they're always there to assist. I highly recommend this app for anyone who wants to increase their conversion rate or to increase their subscriber list.
Fantastic and accomodating customer service, by far the best email and sms app on shopify thus far. Extremelly recommended.
20 October 2023: I've just spoken with Rosie one year later from my earlier review and she went above and beyond to help me. Not only that but she is really nice!
Jessica, Trish and Patricia go above and beyond with not only instructions in set-up, but get in there and fix for me within minutes, as well as offer tips. They seem to be available 24/7 regardless of time zone. My website isn't live yet but so far seriously happy with the App. Not only that, it's free! Highly recommend.

I have been using this app for more than a year and it has helped scale my business and increase revenue in a variety of different ways. It's an all in one platform and the best part is that the customer service is very kind and diligent so even if it looks complicated in the beginning - since there are many different features, you will get the support to set everything up.
