AI: Upsell—Email—SMS Marketing

It is a friendly user app, and I like to work with that. But the most important for me is that they are ready to help almost right away. When I had some questions , Angelina replied me in a fast manner with a screen shots and advise. Also, I like the fact that I do not have to have another app like a mailchimp ( not now , at least ) for sending autorespond emails after customers sign up, for example.

Customer service was TERRIFIC!! They were able to change the code on the fly to meet my needs. Simple and easy to use.

Proof Factor's social proof pop-up notifications really help my site feel dynamic and alive. The campaign was easy to set-up and customize, and Customer Service has been really attentive and helpful with other tips to improve our conversion rate.

I use this app for coupon pop ups and other things for my Shopify website. I am NOT a web designer and I had absolutely no experience with this type of stuff prior to now, so I was feeling resolved to accept having just a basic DIY looking website for my business.
