I've only been using this app for a few days but so far I'm loving it. You have a lot of customization ability and the ONE team is incredibly helpful. I accidentally clicked the help button, and without me even asking they fixed some social links I forgot to update.

This app is great so far and the support staff is exceptional. Enea and Trish answered my questions and even suggested some features I didn't turn on. The turn-around for email replies was fast. I highly recommend this app and working with their support staff is wonderful.

This app is exactly what I was looking for, and more! The interface is easy and intuitive and the design options are more than plenty. The chat support is also extremely helpful and quick to respond. Amazing app!

First, let me say that Emily, the chat representative, was awesome! So helpful and quick with detailed responses. Would love to work with her again. I do think that there could be better options for the popup themes or a library of other images to use on the popup background. You can upload your own art, but I didn't see a library of options, which would be sweet! Overall a solid experience. Now we just wait and see if the popup works well and converts.

✨ Trish was Absolutely Specatular!!! ✨ She answered all of my questions promptly and thoroughly then she went the extra mile and looked into my setup just to make sure everything was working properly and setup to produce the best possible outcome! Unfortunately I did make a few mistakes along the way (that I wasn't aware of) and she provided suggestions to improve Everything!! Then after I agreed to the changes she went ahead and did All of the work for me!! ✨ I have NEVER received such Specatular service like this from any company, EVER!!! If you're reading .... The app is fine, it does have some restrictions but works fine. However, the customer service is really good. I was guided through a change of email/domain for my campaign and it went super fast and great!
