Great app! We have used it for the pop up message and the spinning wheel and both worked great. Excellent service on online chat. Highly recommend it
This app is pretty easy to use, and has a lot of flexibility. What really differentiates it from a lot of other Shopify apps is the service level is fantastic. It's not just the quick response, but the quality of the service people is terrific. They really know what they're doing. Sofia helped me, and got right to what i was looking for, sent me a picture of how to do it, and stayed with me to make sure i got it right! She was awesome, really exceptional.
Their Customer Support (CS) is phenomenal. I'm surprised by how quickly they reply back, and their (CS) is able to make simple code changes for you. The app integrates with lots of EDM tools and Zapier. The out-of-the-box templates make it easy to get setup.
For now I just added a little pop up to show my clients what products did the other clients got. I love it and my clients too from their feedback! It's so nice because you can edit and change a lot of settings, and the staff is so helpful and answers right away. All of this for free ! That's great :)
Just started using the app for shopify, its pretty easy to use, had a few difficulties but kate the pop up assistant was brilliant helped me a lot. makes everything a lot less stressful when you have some help by your side!
This app is exactly what I was needing for my shop. It provides several add ons I was wanting plus others that I didn't even realize I needed! Not to mention the support was immediate and easy to follow. Alice did an outstanding job to help me set up and publish my 1st campaign so I can now focus on selling!
