Just a mere hour into using their platform, even my silliest of questions were answered when being helped by a live chat agent named Naomi. Not only is their platform amazingly simple to understand and use but when you confuse yourself like I, Naomi was there each time to quickly answer everything from confirming loading errors are only on my end, to helping me recover customer acquisition campaigns I started. They did not even mind when I reached out where I could find the spin the wheel campaign in my menus only for to write back that it was in the pop up menus. This app is perfect. We are using it for social proof and popups and it has been perfect.
