Great app, awesome support from all the guys there (in my case Kate). For now the best app I could imagine for my wish to integrate a newsletter pop-up!
I have been using this app for the past 6 months and I must say the customer service is always on point, the features are exactly what i need to help run my store effectively, and the templates are very user friendly and easy to understand. I would highly recommend.
I will say I really do like the pop up wheel. I haven't had any customers use the discount yet, however it is generating newsletter subscribers which will likely result in sales in the future.
I enjoy this app. The possibility of conversions is endless. I haven't used the app much as I am new to the platform, however, so far so good. I experienced great customer support from "Rosy" as well, she offered assistance even when I did not ask for it! 5 stars for me on customer support alone!

Amazing customer support I needed help with setting up a custom email domain and Rissa came to the rescue via the live chat and walked me step by step and answered all the questions I had. Best app in the galaxy
Best customer service ever!!!! We were having problems with the pop-up not displaying. Kate resolved the problem quickly and made other recommendations. Also, she was so patient with us and did not rush us through making the changes.
Powerful social proof app especially that is free! Truly makes my site have that feeling of excitement while building confidence in my visitors to purchase. This app even offers a gamified email popup, all the essentials you need to increase conversions! Most importantly, Proof Factor's customer support is top notch, patient, very professional and prompt.
