The support team is really helpful. In addition, the app is relatively easy to use. So far, I'm happy with this app.
This is the second store I am using this app on, and I am once again very happy with not only the app, but the unbelievable customer support team!

I am using the ONE app for a coupon campaign, it's allowing me to easily manage a campaign in two languages. I had some problems and contacted their support team who immediately responded and not only fixed my problems, but helped me with other topics. Ann from support was a great help, efficient and friendly! I highly recommend
I just downloaded this app to add a pop up to my site and was a bit overwhelmed with all the options as there are so many! However Samantha on the live chat customer service was so helpful and talked me through everything and even checked it over for me before I made it live on the site to make sure everything was all good. Best customer service I've ever received for an app! I will definitely be using this app a lot and I can 100% recommend! Thank you!
The app is great. I'm sure it has many functions that I haven't yet discovered. Being very new to creating a Shopify store, I quickly needed help and their support is on point, fast and very helpful.

Incredible customer service! Patricia is very responsive and Prateek is very helpful. I wasn't happy with one of the automations on my campaign's and Prateek fixed it within a couple of hours. Extremely friendly and responsive!
