You can't even start using the app until you book a call with someone? And you can't uninstall the app... until you book a call with someone. Gross.

I see you were able to uninstall, nice work! Although a little hard to find in the Shopify Dashboard Install/Uninstall is controlled by Shopify. Apps are not given the ability to block merchants from uninstalling. I think you might have been mistaken when first writing this review.
Apologies you felt stuck in one of our onboarding flows. Many of our merchants ask for 1-on-1 onboarding via demo call to better understand how we can serve their business and help them launch their first campaign within minutes.
Recently, we are testing this onboarding option for only a small number of merchants. Based on your feedback and speaking with our leadership we are removing the onboarding call requirement.

The moment you install the app they require phone verification and send you to another saying your store is not qualified for the free plan. If it's not free, they should make it clear.

The Shopify App listing clearly mentions that our free plan is only available for partner stores and developer stores, hence, your store type is ineligible for free plan. However, we do offer a 10 days free trial and if you cancel the subscription before the trial ends, you won’t get charged.
For the phone verification, it’s simply a common 2-factor authentication step to secure your account. However, we understand that it might cause our users to feel uncomfortable sharing their phone number. I’m pleased to inform you that the phone verification step was removed to make our onboarding smoother.

I found ONE just today and cannot recommend them highly enough. The quality of customer service is outstanding. My advisor Maya walked me through step by step, checking to make sure I was ok with set up. It isn't difficult, quite the opposite. August 2022: I had this app 2 years ago and can't exactly remember why I deleted it (so many apps, so little time ) but I am SO glad I reinstalled it. Everything about it is different and it is fabulous! I ran into a small situation I couldn't figure out for the life of me (ALL my doing) and I reached out to support. Within seconds, MAYA - sweet, patient, kind, smart, and lovely Maya came to my aid and helped me tremendously! She is a total asset to their support team, and I truly wish more developers had people representing them the way she does! I was up and running in a few short minutes - which actually extended past her shift! She literally stayed on with me ensuring I was totally set-up and ready to launch my campaigns. I've got a little PTSD when it comes to reaching out to support because some aren't as well versed as they should be, but Maya made this such a wonderful experience for me. I'm a bit mad at myself for leaving them for 2 years, but SO glad I'm back - in VERY capable hands. Maya - YOU ROCK!!! Thank you!! July 2020: Just started using this app and within 5 minutes, i had my first marketing program up & running. I am NOT well versed in code, etc. and this app made everything extremely easy. Complicated Billing so you may end up charged a fortune, billing outside of Shopify and the user exeperience really really bad. Such a waste of my time. I'm really really frustrated.

I like this app better than smsbump and klavyio, in my perspective of just starting out it is cheaper and offers a lot of value with their free/cheaper plans. It's beginner friendly and easy to understand unlike other marketing apps where they're a little hard to work with. Their customer service it's good, I had a problem and it took us a while to figure it out lol but Rissa stuck with me every step of the way until it was fixed!

Needed help with my pop-up form and Klaviyo integration. Estimated answer was 27 minutes, but I got one within 1 minute and together with Kate, we solved it all in 10 minutes total. She even added some additional tips for my mails and pop-up form so that it converts better. Much appreciated and I highly recommend this app!

First of all, app is great.
I Spoke with 3 ppl on costumer support,no one actually solved me the problem i had with my wheel. Then i tried one more time, Rissa appears like a wild beautifull pokemon ,asked me what's my problem. When i told her , 5 minutes was enough to solve the issue ( wheel did not appear but only in password page ) .

My experience is great after using this app! Trish helped me alot and love how she managed to solved all my problem immediately! the plan and price is very affordable, this apps is easy to use too.
For now I can't say anything wrong word about this app - is has all features that you might need about upsell, discount codes etc., and what is really important - support team is amazing. I was able to easily connect to chat in couple minutes, and get all needed help (for example change of triggers size for desktop/mobile version, which requires code change). Highly recommended.

Beware! More Harm Than Help!
Since adding this app to my Shopify store, I've seen a suspicious influx of what appear to be fake accounts. The app's pricing structure suspiciously benefits from a higher customer count, which has led me to question its integrity. To potential users, tread cautiously. This was supposed to streamline my operations, but instead, it's turned into a daily headache. While I can't conclusively point fingers, it's hard not to see a link. One star feels like a gift at this point.

You have numerous options for designing e-mails, SMS, pop-ups, etc. according to your preferences. It also looks very professional and good.
Numerous templates are already available and 100% customizable.
I would like to give 6 stars for customer support. I get direct help and my questions are always answered 100%. ONE is a great app that includes numerous functions and is also relatively cheap. I can recommend it!
Post-purchase upsell doesn't show if you're paying with apple pay or such. This is not highlighted in their main text.
Who knows how many hidden "gems" are in this app. I'm surprised to see so many good reviews, though.

It seems there's been a misunderstanding regarding the functionality of our post-purchase app within the Shopify framework. The challenge with post-purchase offers not being visible upon checkout when using certain payment methods like Apple Pay is, in fact, a known limitation imposed by Shopify.
