The app is so great to use. It has so many features that are useful for my store. Plus, the customer support is outstanding. High recommend this app.

Nice app, but hard to believe that it's free completly. Why? I am afraid that one day they will say "it cost 500$". Can you explain this? What if I will send 30K letters per month? Per day?

ONE app is currently completely free for you. There are hundreds of free email apps you can find on Shopify and dozens of paid apps that charge you a lot for just one feature. You might end up paying thousands of dollars per month for dozens of apps, not to mention the time it takes to manage them.
