I used this app to help me set up text and email popup and it was very easy. customer service was very prompt answering messages as I was setting it up. Very user friendly and easy. I have the free budding plan since I am in the process of building up my site but am happy with it so far.
I used this app to enhance my marketing emails, abandoned carts, and New subscribers incentive. Rosy was beyond amazing, she helped me set up and link my social media. Extremely friendly, very helpful. Amazing customer service.

Very simple to use, and very effective functions! and if you have any trouble to set it, they have a support with rare and helpful skill set, they helped me quickly and very kindly, 100% suggested to new user
Naomi was a great help, very friendly, encouraging, not pushy, but polite and knowledgeable! Helped me as I needed and did not rush me at all. Easy setup so far, but if you need help they are right there to assist! I only started with basic welcome email pop up and cart abandonment email.

ONE's customer service was really amazing. Rissa helped me create a pop which did not even exist in their templates by doing some coding for me. She even provided me with a screen record so that I could carry on from there. Would definitely recommend.

I've used this app for 6+ months and recently added it to a 2nd store. I had a question about having two accounts and Maya, the representative, answered my questions, channeled my suggestion to the right place, and then followed up with other suggestions to help what I was trying to accomplish.
