Great app and great customer service to make sure you're using the app to the fullest. The customization of the icon pop up is great.

It is pricy and interface could be a bit smoother, simply there is to much thing going on, but over all it is a great app it does help a lot with email marketing.

Fab app, great support. Love how it has all the essential e-commerce features. Must have as a Shopify user! :)

Amazing customer support! I'm always having to work on my website late or on weekends, and I could not believe someone was available through the chat to help me late on a Sunday night. Not to mention, they helped me to customize my pop-up and answered a bunch of questions. So friendly and helpful!

I am pretty new to PF however it is really easy to use and the customer service folks exceed expectations. I added this to my store to offer discounts and capture leads. Makes me look tech savy and cutting edge. So far so good!
