Purtroppo a questa app manca la cosa più importante per l'aumento delle conversioni. Non esiste la possibilità di segmentare il pubblico per inviare campagne personalizzate come ad esempio l'invio di sconti a chi non ha mai effettuato l'acquisto, oppure avere un segmento di clienti vip a cui mandare promozioni speciali.

Functional app and GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! they help to work out all of my problem at night and help to set up the pops up function on my web.

Absolutely amazing app!! You can modify so much and it is easy to use. There is also the possibilty of a very nice person helping you set up/ look over what you did and that was so so helpful for me. I am very excited to see what new features will be available in the future, definetly sticking with this add on for a long time!

Their customer service team is awesome! Replied to my concerns right away and helped me fix what I needed immediately. Their UI is so easy to understand and use right away.

The customer support for this app is above any other I have experienced. Not only do they help you in real-time and no KB articles just copy/pasted in chat, but they actually care about your site. When I wanted to do something outside the norm, support made sure I understand why it is not a typical practice. I would recommend this app to anyone! Best experience I have had in adding a Shopify App.
