Fast, responsive and not only helped me complete the installation and setup but then went on to recommend settings for best performance of the app and to make sure it was set to be as affective as possible in performing what I needed it to perform.........Then Pauline the lady who assisted me went on to even customize the popup to best suit my store! The app is pretty cool. It's easy to navigate once you get the hang of it. I had a slight issue (a misunderstanding on my part) and through the chat I quickly got it fixed. Rissa was super helpful and very patient. Her attitude was pleasant, and she is very knowledgeable on the topics in which I needed help. ONE app is awesome! There is a free plan available which makes it perfect for small business to add a pop up to their store. The best thing about ONE is their customer service, I was having technical issues with my pop up and late at night Sydney time I was able to have a live chat with no wait times. The customer service is very prompt and friendly. They went out of their way to get the engineering team to work out what the issue was and they found an issue on my website causing the glitch.
